the three duvets patterns available: 'Animate' duvets are manufactured using the highest standards of materials and latest manufacturing technology. With a little care an 'Animate' duvet will offer years of comfort and service for your dog. The duvets' outer covers comprise two parts - a faux fur upper side and a waterproof nylon under side. They are manufactured in 50% acrylic and 50% polyester (upperside) and nylon (underside). The inner duvet is 100% hollow fibre polyester.

__________________________________________________ On occasion, perhaps when a wet dog has just climbed into the car, it may be desirable to reverse the duvet, so that the waterproof underside panel becomes the upperside.
The waterproof underside panel of the three duvet patterns harmonises with the colours of the duvet's faux fur upper panel. The underside of the 'Blue stripes' duvet is navy blue; the underside of the 'Big spots' duvet is brown (illustrated above); the underside of the 'Paw prints' duvet is black.
To visualise the best size of your dog cut out pieces of paper to the sizes shown above and try your dog on them! Tip: Unless you've got endless floorspace, don't buy a duvet which is unnecessarily bigger than your dog! Most dogs won't need encouragement to use the duvet - especially if it's placed in a warm area. If your dog has previously used a blanket in her/his old bed then continue to use the blanket until s/he's perfectly comfortable with the new duvet. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
When
it's time to wash the outer cover (normal machine or hand wash at 30 or 40
degrees, spring or wring dry) - or if you just fancy a change of pattern by
changing the outer cover - the duvets feature a full-width zip closure,
enabling the polyester-filled inner body to be easily removed and
reinserted.
These
dark colours have been chosen with the thought in mind that they will be in
extensive contact with the floor!
